All discounts must be applied at time the time of purchase and cannot be applied to previous orders. In some instances, multiple discounts may not apply on a single purchase.
All orders will be shipped within three business days, via USPS priority mail. Aly to Ash is not responsible for carrier delays or lost, stolen or misdirected shipments by carrier.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you would like to receive additional information about your order please email email@example.com.

Returns and Exchanges
While we hope you love your Aly to Ash purchases, in the event that you are unsatisfied, let us know and we will be glad to process an exchange. You will receive a store credit for the full purchase price that will never expire. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
All exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order and all items must be in their original, unworn and unwashed condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to deny any exchange.
Returns are not accepted.
